Superpowers are Responsible for Terrorism & Extremist; not Islam

By Imam W. Deen Mohammed

"….And people have been made to believe that our religion is a religion that condones extremism. We have terrorist that's put before us and they are called extremist. And we are made to believe that our religion is a religion that is giving birth to these extremist. That is wrong.
What gives birth to these extremist, these guerrilla fighters, or these freedom fighters, or liberators trying to liberate Palestine, or whatever they are trying to liberate. What gives birth to them is the evils that are put upon them by the superpowers.
The superpowers have taken away their life; have made it impossible for them to live the only life they know. They have taken away their land, their home and everything. And destroyed families, and killed their babies and their old people.
So, the superpowers that brought those evils upon those people in Palestine and in other parts of the third world or the Islamic world; they are responsible for the terrorist. They are the makers of terrorist. They are the makers of extremist. Not our religion…."

1376. Mu`awiyah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, "When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the understanding of Deen.''
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Commentary: Knowledge and understanding of Deen (religion) here stands for the understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith, religious injunctions, and knowledge of the lawful and the unlawful. This Hadith highlights the excellence of knowledge and the fact that it is a sign of Allah's Help to the person who possesses it and acts upon it.

In other words, educate the people regarding the natural makeup of mankind. Teach the people their natural life and natural makeup, how G-d has given them wonderful urges for their establishment - in their own nature. Teach them, so they will be enlightened regarding what is in them as a created being.

Weekly Wisdom - 4/3

Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere --
Who say, when afflicted with calamity: ´To Allah we belong, and to Him is our return´ --
They are those on whom (descend) blessings from their Lord, and Mercy,
and they are the ones that receive guidance."
Al Qur´an - 2:153-157

"So when Allah says, “And to G_d you return, and to Allah you must return”, you don’t think that means dying in the graveyard? Let’s get away from these lesser of importance ideas and pictures we have in our minds.

‘Oh yeah, he returned to Allah.’ Who returned to Allah? ‘I saw him put in the ground and they put dirt over him.’ What are you talking about, (saying) ‘he returned to Allah.’? His earth returned to the earth. That’s what we did.

He was made of earth and we put him back in the earth, but what about his spirit? What about his soul? He left it with us and it is our obligation to return it to G_d. And the only way we can return it to G_d is to return it to the plan; the community plan that G_d wanted that life to be in. WHEW!!! Now, it has meaning!!!!!

Yes, I want to return to Allah. All of us have a spirit to return to Allah. And that spirit will never be satisfied until we have an ummatul Islameeyaah following this Qur’an and following the life of Muhammed as it is being open to us now!!!!!

Praise be to Allah! Allah-U-Akbar! That’s where we’re going! We were created to go there. We have got to go there!"

"...That is how religion is in this world. As soon as something bad comes into their nose or senses, they lose the good relationship or good experience in religion. It should not be that way. Your mind should be converted to G-d. Islam is the only religion that I know of that insists upon your mind being converted to G-d.

We say, 'I witness.' 'I witness' is given also in the Bible. But it was not established by the followers of the Bible, except for a few. Muhammed the Prophet came to say it is important that your mind and your intelligence convert to G-d-not just your spirit and your soul. Your mind and your intelligence should witness this Truth, that G-d is Creator of everything. G-d is G-d, and G-d has lifted up man - not only created him, but lifted him up in his intellect so that he will be a guide for the whole world of mankind...

...So when you say, "I witness that there is but One G-d," you are supposed to say that with rational sense. And there is plenty rational guidance in the Qur'an that forces us to the conclusion that there is a G-d over all this creation. And that that G-d is not two or three or four or many, that that G-d is One. The creation itself points to One G-d, not to more than one."

Weekly Wisdom - 3/13

"The first light is the light of the moon. What is that light, the light of the moon? The light of the moon is the light of faith, the light of thought in the head. You do not have to be educated, you just start thinking and can't you see a little bit? The average man, if he would just think, couldn't he see a little bit? The moon has no light of its own. The Honorable Elijah Muhammed taught us that the moon's light is only the reflection of the sun. And the sunlight is a light that is free of the earth. And it is a light that shines on the whole earth. We may say universal light." -Imam W. D. Mohammed

6:105 Thus do we explain the signs by various (symbols): that they may say, "Thou hast taught (us) diligently," and that We may make the matter clear to those who know.

In the language of Imam Warith Deen Mohammed, reflected light (the light of the moon) is the light of faith; the light of thought in the head. Revelation is more synonymous with sunlight/daylight. This is found in Genesis where it speaks of the lesser and greater light.

And thanks to the tafsir of Imam Mohammed we know that the first light that dawns for man is the moon light or the light of his own thinking. But as man stops depending on his own thinking and submits his thinking to revelation, he will move from a moon light to a daylight. We see a great example of this in the life of Imam W. D. Mohammed; moving from the thinking of his father to the thinking of Qur'an.

1084.Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "The best of the men's rows (in Salat) is the first row and the worst is the last; but the best of the woman's row is the last and the worst of their rows is the first.''
[Muslim].

Commentary: Islam has strongly condemned the association of men and women and enjoined women to keep away from mixing with men and observe Hijab (veil). The merit and demerit of place, in the rows in prayer, mentioned in this Hadith is with reference to this background because in the days of the Prophet (PBUH) women used to perform Salat in the Prophet's mosque and their rows were at the end of the gathering. There was no gallery nor a separate section for them. Thus, for men the best place for performing Salat in congregation is the first row because it is farthest from women. The best place for women in Salat in congregation is the last row because it is farthest from men. On the contrary, the last row of men was near the first row of women and for this reason it was regarded as the worst one. Every row of the people performing Salat is good but due to the reason just mentioned, the first row of men and the last row of women are more meritorious, while the last row of men and the first row of women have a lesser merit.

For all those brothers who like to leave gaps big enough for an elephant (or shaytan) to come through....this is for you:

1082. Jabir bin Samurah (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) came out to us (once) and said, "Why do you not stand in rows as the angels do before their Rubb?'' We asked: "O Messenger of Allah! how do the angels stand in rows before their Rubb?'' He (PBUH) replied, "They complete each row beginning with the first and filling all the gaps.''
[Muslim].

Commentary: Taras means to stand in the style of a wall, each brick of which is interlocked with another so much so that there is not even the slightest gap between two of its bricks. When people array themselves for Salat, they should keep their feet and shoulders so close with one another on their left and right that there is no gap or space between them. Moreover, the front rows should be completed first. One should never take place in the second row if there is place in the first. Similarly, one should never take place in the third row if there is room in the second line. And so on and so forth.

Weekly Wisdom - 2/6

We definitely revealed to Moses that: travel with my slaves and
strike a dry path in the sea for them, not having any kinds of fears
for achieving. Qur'an 20:77.

The form of travel that Allah instructs for Moses is of the nature of
ascension and progression. To raise the thinking of the people that
Allah is referring to as His Slaves. They are not the slaves of
Pharaoh or any man for that matter. This in itself initiates elevated
thinking when we know our good life and works are for Allah The Most
High. We have to give up the small thinking that was inherited from
human slavery.

An enhancement of diminutive thought is too much sentiment,
sensitivity or sensation in the emotions of faith. Additionally, the
literal readings of scripture will promote short sightedness. So, we
have to strike a dry path of rational and sound attitudes in
reflection and submission to scripture and religion. Subsequently, it
becomes imperative that we follow the path of logic to its conclusion
that we may reach the destiny.

Do not allow any form of fear to come into your being of not
fulfilling the intended goal. We sometimes marvel at the works and
accomplishments of others not knowing that we too can produce similar
endeavors or even better.

Surely Allah knows better, and He has given us a little of what He
knows.

Prayer in Al-Islam is never to be neglected under any circumstances. It sometimes seems hard to be consistent in prayer when one is faced with exceptional hardships or challenges. However, it is exactly during these times that the spiritual insight and reassurance which come from prayer are most beneficial. During the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and up until this day, the followers of Al-Islam have been instructed to continue their observance of prayer without any exception, even when facing their enemies in battle.

In the Holy Qur'an Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is told:

"When you travel through the earth, there is no blame on you if you shorten your prayer if you fear the unbelievers may attack you, for the unbelievers are unto you open enemies. When you [O Prophet] are with them and stand to lead them in prayer, let one party of them stand up [in prayer] with you, taking their arms with them. When they finish their prostrations, let them take their position in the rear and let the other party come up which has not yet prayed. And let them pray with you taking all precautions, bearing arms. ..but when you are free from danger, establish regular prayers, for such prayers are enjoined on believers at stated

Would A Woman Throw Her Child in a Fire?

418. `Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Some prisoners were brought to Messenger of Allah (PBUH) amongst whom there was a woman who was running (searching for her child). When she saw a child among the captives, she took hold of it, pressed it against her belly and gave it a suck. Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Do you think this woman would ever throw her child in fire?'' We said, "By Allah, she would never throw the child in fire.'' Thereupon Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Allah is more kind to his slave than this woman is to her child".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Commentary: Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar states that the Musnad Ismai`li has the following additional words in the narrative: "After continuous search, she finally found her baby. She took the baby and hugged him".
It is permissible to illustrate by example what one cannot make others understand by means of reason and senses, the way the Prophet (PBUH) did it in the present case. Since it was not possible to describe the immensity of Allah's Mercy, he cited the example of that woman to illustrate his point.

Weekly Wisdom - 12/5 10th Day of HAJJ

Imam WD Mohammed; 10th Day of HAJJ

Lamb without spot was Ismail, Jesus and Mohammed
Quran 37.102. was recited.

"It is the day of sacrifice it is the 10th day of the Hajj, on this day we sacrifice whatever you can afford, poor may sacrifice a chicken or something smaller that is halal, fit to eat. Those who have more money will sacrifice a cow and a sheep. The sheep is the symbol associated with Abraham because it was his son. Because of his son Ismail being the son that he thought he should sacrifice. He saw in a vision that he should sacrifice him, but G'd showed him when he was about to sacrifice him, He showed him a sheep, a lamb instead of Ismail.

Lamb symbolic of Prophets, wise, pious people in religion.

So Abraham, the father was shown in a vision by G'd a lamb not his son Ismail, he was to see a lamb. The lamb was to be slaughtered, not Ismail but his son is symbolic of the lamb without spot or blemish a lamb pure, untainted, unspoiled by the world. That is symbolic also of Jesus Christ as you know he was called a lamb and before him we talk about Ismail as the lamb. And Mohammed the Prophet (saw) in his nature was also a lamb without spot or blemish before he was even called by G'd.

The 10th day we sacrifice whatever we can afford to sacrifice but it is a sacrifice of life isn't it? It is a living thing that you are sacrificing, and there was an ancient philosopher he said" In man can be found all the creatures of the earth." So he said this long before people brought us the teachings on these things in religion, this is in myth or in Greek philosophy. We don't sacrifice inferior or something offensive to good human taste, you can't sacrifice a coon it won't be accepted. What does sacrifice mean? It deceives us, what is happening it appears that you are getting rid of this thing, but you did not get rid of it, you made it more tasty and then you consumed it, you put it in yourself. So it is symbolic of what is in ourselves, but what is not quite ready for G'd, it is not quite good enough for G'd.

A sheep nature in a man is not quite good enough for G'd, but if you could take that social nature in man, that spiritual also, the lamb goes up on the mountain and the lamb can stand on a little edge, it is sure footed, it has great balance. It is not the real lamb, it is symbolic of the social nature of the wise and pious people in religion. Those who have the knowledge of not only spiritual science but they have the knowledge of the spiritual sciences that help us free the social life for it's destiny that G'd wants for it. These are great pious men of science and they are called the sheep in the scriptures. So these are great pious men of science and they are called sheep and Ismail was going to be that kind of leader and Abraham was a rational man he doesn't like to have secrets and mysteries"

"So Abraham wanted liberal education for the people he didn't want the knowledge to be held by people who were mystics who kept it secrete for their elects, so he wanted to break that order. So Abraham broke from that order, and that is the meaning of slaying the lamb and feeding it to the multitudes. He broke from that order and gave the keys to their sciences to the multitudes..".

Weekly Wisdom - 11/14 : The First Matter We Will be Asked About on the Day of Judgement

1081. Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "The first of man's deeds for which he will be called to account on the Day of Resurrection will be Salat (Prayer). If it is found to be perfect, he will be safe and successful; but if it is incomplete, he will be unfortunate and a loser. If any shortcoming is found in the obligatory Salat, the Glorious and Exalted Rubb will command to see whether His slave has offered any voluntary Salat so that the obligatory Salat may be made up by it. Then the rest of his actions will be treated in the same manner.''
[At-Tirmidhi].

Commentary: The rights mentioned in this Hadith are the Rights of Allah. The first of them for which one has to render account is Salat. In the rights of people, the first to be decided will be blood shed by a person of his fellow being. This Hadith also makes the following points:
1.Stress on the performance of the obligatory acts.
2.Inducement for voluntary prayers to make up the deficiency of the obligations.
