Working Hard...

I've been working hard lately in the lab (and in enjoying life). This past weekend my wife and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary (All praise is for Allah). One day, I'll tell you guys about how I met her. ;-)

As a result the blog has been put on the backburner. And as I speak my wife is telling me I should study. So...I think I might keep the posts to twice a week.

More Random then Rant

-I am so exhausted.  Moving can be very tiring and stressful. 

Moving is the third most stressful life event, following death and divorce according to the Employee Relocation Council. Moving disrupts your normal routine and generates feelings of uncertainty as you enter uncharted waters.

-I have to see that Buttons movie now that everyone's talking about it. 

-Gaza Holocaust!? Heard that one on the radio today. 

-I working on a new word for the feeling you get when you look at old photo's of your parents (or even yourself) when you were younger. 

-Football.  Yes, that is all.

1. Can you believe that we will know the next president of the United States in less than a week?! (inshAllah)  History in the making... You can go ahead and start your celebrations...;-)

2. Can we thank childhood obesity to characters like Cookie Monster??? no? ok.

3. Why aren't there any good movies out lately? I don't want to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua.

4. People do not become great by doing great things, they do great things because they are great.

5. Cedric the Entertainer is on Broadway?!

6. 10 biggest killers of Blacks of all ages(*)--heart disease, cancer, stroke, AIDS (see stats for DC), accidents, homicide, diabetes, pneumonia and influenza, chronic pulmonary diseases such as asthma and bronchitis, and infant mortality. yo...be healthy is an understatement.
